Delete your Lymion account

In the app: open Lymion, go to Account settings › Delete account, then confirm. Your account is closed right away.

Without the app: email contact@lymion.us from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete the account.

What happens: your profile is removed and your account can no longer be used. If you still have credits, you choose in the app to have them sent to your PayPal (after a manual check) or donated to Lymion.

What we keep: records the law requires us to keep, such as transaction and accounting data (10 years), and moderation records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
