Child Safety Standards
Zero tolerance
Lymion has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualisation of minors. Any such content or behaviour is prohibited everywhere on Lymion: profiles, photos, messages, paid messages and every universe (Social, Dating, Influence).
Adults only
Lymion is strictly reserved for users aged 18 and over, with no exception. Accounts found to belong to a minor are closed.
Reporting in the app
Any user can report a profile, a photo or a message directly from the app using the Report option, and can block any user at any time. Reports concerning child safety are treated as the highest priority.
What we do when we find it
- We remove the content and suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We preserve the relevant information as required by law.
- We report confirmed CSAM and child exploitation to the competent authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant national and regional authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests.
Compliance
Lymion complies with all applicable child safety laws in the countries where it is available.
